Since joining Bespoken in 2019, Jordan has progressed from Process & Maturation Engineer to their current role, helping advance modern maturation and finishing techniques that challenge traditional timelines while maintaining depth, balance, and complexity.

With a BS in Food Science from Cornell University, Jordan brings a rare blend of technical rigor and hands-on production experience. Their background spans distilling, winemaking, spirits retail, and food R&D, with roles at Delicato Family Vineyards, Pepperidge Farm, Artisan Wine Depot, and multiple craft distilleries including Harvest Spirits, Kings County Distillery, and Long Island Spirits.
