Jordan Spitzer is a flavor scientist and spirits innovator currently serving as Head of Flavor at Bespoken Spirits Inc., where they lead flavor development across the company’s portfolio. Since joining Bespoken in 2019, Jordan has progressed from Process & Maturation Engineer to their current role, helping advance modern maturation and finishing techniques that challenge traditional timelines while maintaining depth, balance, and complexity.

With a BS in Food Science from Cornell University, Jordan brings a rare blend of technical rigor and hands-on production experience. Their background spans distilling, winemaking, spirits retail, and food R&D, with roles at Delicato Family Vineyards, Pepperidge Farm, Artisan Wine Depot, and multiple craft distilleries including Harvest Spirits, Kings County Distillery, and Long Island Spirits. Grounded in both sensory science and real-world distilling, Jordan offers a thoughtful, forward-looking perspective on flavor, process, and the future of whiskey.
