Dave Bob is a former award-winning bartender, restaurant general manager, and food & beverage personality whose career spans some of the world’s most dynamic hospitality markets, including Vermont, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Dublin, and Lexington, Kentucky. With a global perspective shaped by hands-on experience behind the bar and in leadership roles, Dave built a reputation for blending creativity, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of spirits and guest experience.

Today, Dave serves as National Brand Manager and Head Blender for Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co., the only brewery and distillery on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. He plays a key role in shaping the brand’s portfolio, including the flagship Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale and Town Branch Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Known for his thoughtful approach to blending and storytelling, Dave bridges the worlds of brewing, distilling, and hospitality, bringing a bartender’s intuition and a global sensibility to every barrel.
